Frequently asked questions
Warranty
We want you to enjoy your unit worry-free, so hereβs a quick guide on what is covered by warranty and what is not.
β Warranty Covers:
- Manufacturing defects (example: wrong or missing parts from the box).
- Structural issues caused by factory error.
- Assembly service done by our team on agreed schedule.
β Not Covered by Warranty:
- Dents, scratches, or paint imperfections.
- Water leaks from roofing (units are pre-made and cannot be guaranteed 100% leak-proof).
- Rust, fabric fading, or weather-related wear & tear.
- Damage caused by strong winds, typhoons, falling objects, or misuse.
- Masonry, drilling, or bolting damages (tiles, flooring, or underground pipes).
π§ Assembly Notes:
- Assembly takes 3β5 hours depending on model.
- We do not include masonry or cement work.
- If drilling/bolting is requested, a waiver must be signed as we cannot take liability for damage.
- For safety reasons, we do not install on 2nd floors or elevated balconies unless a waiver is provided.
β€οΈ Important Reminder:
We are the importer and distributor of pre-made gazebos. We do not manufacture the units, but we provide assembly as an extra service to help you enjoy your purchase faster and easier.
Material
Material Composition:
- Frame: Heavy-duty powder-coated steel or aluminum (rust-resistant, built for durability).
- Roof: Galvanized steel panels / polycarbonate sheets (weather-resistant, UV protection, long-lasting).
- Canopy/Netting (if applicable): Water-resistant polyester with UV protection + zippered mosquito netting/curtains.
Difference between Single roof and Double roof
Single Roof Gazebo
β Pros:
- Sleek, simple, and more budget-friendly.
- Easier to assemble and maintain.
- Provides full shade and coverage.
β οΈ Cons:
- Less airflow β can trap heat inside during hot weather.
- More wind resistance (less venting space).
π Best for: Homeowners who want affordable shade and protection without needing maximum ventilation.
Double Roof Gazebo
β Pros:
- Designed with a ventilation gap between roofs for better air circulation.
- Reduces heat buildup under the gazebo.
- Allows wind to pass through, making it more stable in windy conditions.
- Often looks more elegant and upscale.
β οΈ Cons:
- Slightly higher cost.
- Assembly may take a bit longer.
π Best for: Resorts, hotels, restaurants, and homeowners who want a premium look with comfort and durability.
βSingle roof is practical and budget-friendly, while double roof is premium β giving you cooler airflow and extra stability in wind.β
Do you deliver and assemble?
β Yes, we do!
- Delivery & assembly are included within our standard service area.
- Assembly is done by our trained team and usually takes 3β5 hours depending on the model.
- We will schedule your assembly on the earliest available date after your order is confirmed.
Notes:
- Delivery to farther locations may have additional charges.
- Assembly is done only on the ground floor (for 2nd floor/balcony, waiver required).
- Masonry, drilling, or cement work is not included. If drilling/bolting is requested, a waiver of liability must be signed.
Is the gazebo 100% waterproof?
β οΈ Gazebos are pre-made imported units and cannot be guaranteed 100% leak-proof.
- Light to moderate rain is usually fine.
- During heavy rain, some water may seep through roof panels or edges.
- Warranty does not cover water leaks.
π‘ Tip: For extra protection, sealant may be applied by customer after assembly.
Scope of work when availed with assembly
Scope of Work β Assembly & Installation
- Included: Delivery and standard ground-floor assembly of gazebo unit.
- Not Included: Masonry, concreting, or structural modifications.
π© Drilling & Bolting to Ground
- By default, drilling/bolting into tiles, concrete, or other flooring is not included in our service.
- If the customer requests bolting, our team may proceed only with a signed waiver of liability, releasing 4CJS Trading from responsibility for:
Cracks, leaks, or damage to flooring/underground utilities
Future water seepage caused by drilling
β οΈ Important Reminder
- For second-floor or elevated installations, bolting is required for safety. However, we recommend hiring a professional contractor for this work to prevent damage. Our team may proceed only if the customer signs a waiver.
How long does it take to assemble a gazebo?
By our professional team:
Assembly usually takes 3β5 hours with a team of 4 trained installers. Bigger units (double roof, large models) may take up to 6 hours.
For first-time / DIY assembly:
If assembling on your own, expect around 8β10 hours depending on experience, tools, and manpower.
At least 2β3 people are needed to safely handle the parts.
Assembly manuals are included, but some steps may be challenging for first-timers.
We always recommend professional assembly for safety, proper alignment, and warranty protection.
Can you assemble on a 2nd floor or elevated area?
β οΈ For safety reasons, we do not recommend this.
- If customer insists, a signed waiver of liability is required.
- Bolting into flooring may cause cracks, leaks, or damage which we cannot be liable for.
Can it withstand a typhoon?
- Gazebos can handle normal wind conditions (up to approx. 60 kph).
- They are not designed for typhoon-level winds.
- For safety, remove roof panels/canopy or secure the unit if strong winds are forecasted.
Can we do repairs or after-sales service?
- We assist with replacement requests for manufacturing defects.
- Wear & tear, rust, leaks, or weather damage are not covered.
- We can help guide you with maintenance tips, but repairs are not part of warranty service.
